Original recipe yields 24 servings
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. roasted ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients until blended; spoon down center of sheet of plastic wrap. Wrapping butter mixture tightly, roll into 6-inch log.
Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm.
Cut log into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
Place each butter slice on 3 oz. cooked beef sirloin steak.
This savory butter also tastes great served over hot cooked vegetables, mashed potatoes, chicken or eggs.
Flavored butters can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Or, store in the freezer for up to 2 months. Just prepare as directed, cover with plastic wrap (placing the wrap right directly on the surface of the butter) and freeze until ready to use.
