Fill your tortilla with something sweet for a change. These lightly baked rounds have a creamy blend of chocolate pudding and bananas—and crunchy nuts.

Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup half-and-half
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
4 banana s, sliced
2 flour tortilla s (8 inch)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Blend half-and-half, dry pudding mix and bananas in blender until smooth; spoon into freezerproof bowl. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

Meanwhile, use 3-1/2-inch cookie cutter to cut each tortilla into 4 rounds. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Brush both sides of tortilla rounds with butter, then sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake 5 to 8 min. or until lightly browned. Immediately transfer tortilla rounds to hang over round handles of large wooden spoons placed over top of large bowl to form taco shells. Cool completely.

Fill taco shells with pudding mixture just before serving; top with remaining ingredients.
