Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
2 cups water
2 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (chopped red peppers; thinly sliced carrots, mushrooms and zucchini)

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

Add Macaroni and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 min. Stir in vegetables; cover. Cook 5 min. or until macaroni and vegetables are tender.

Stir in Cheese Sauce; cook and stir 2 min. or until macaroni mixture is heated through. Top with chicken.
