Cheesy pasta shells team up with strips of beef sirloin steak, fresh veggies and BBQ sauce to make this easy skillet dish.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
2-1/2 cups water
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat, pepper and onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove meat and peppers from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add Shell Macaroni and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until Shells are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Stir in meat, contents of Cheese Sauce packet and barbecue sauce; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Top with 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits.
