The name says it all: these Yummy Rummy Slow-Cooker Ribs get a slow simmer in the slow cooker with OJ, hickory smoke BBQ sauce and dark rum. Yum!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 Tbsp. each chopped onions, fresh marjoram leaves, fresh thyme leaves, parsley and chives
3 lb. pork baby back ribs, cut into 2-rib pieces
1 cup KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup dark rum
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water

Combine onions and herbs; rub onto ribs. Place in slow cooker.
Mix barbecue sauce, juice and rum; pour over ribs. Cover with lid. Cook on HIGH 4 hours (or on LOW 6 hours). Transfer ribs to platter, reserving cooking liquid in slow cooker.
Mix cornstarch and water; add to slow cooker. Cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until sauce is thickened. Pour over ribs.
Serve over hot cooked rice and steamed broccoli.
Substitute 1 tsp. rum extract and 1/2 cup beef or chicken broth for the dark rum.
