Is there anything more scrumptious than a vanilla ice cream sundae with a cherry on top? Well, yeah! When you serve all that with warm coconut cream sauce!

1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Coconut Cream Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped

Combine pudding mix, water and sugar in medium saucepan.

Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Add butter; stir until butter is melted and mixture is well blended.

Scoop ice cream into 12 serving bowls; top each with 2 Tbsp. pudding mixture. Sprinkle with cherries.
