What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
8 cups tightly packed torn salad greens
2 peaches, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

Heat grill to medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup dressing over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Refrigerate 10 min.
Remove chicken from dressing; discard dressing. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Slice chicken.
Cover 4 salad plates with salad greens; top with chicken, peaches, onions and nuts.
Drizzle with remaining dressing just before serving.
Reduce dressing to 1/4 cup. Substitute 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast for the sliced cooked chicken. Assemble salads as directed. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
