Top tender red new potatoes with a delicious mixture of artichokes, grated Parmesan and onions to make these awesome but easy appetizers.

16 red new potato es (1 lb.)
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, well drained, finely chopped
3/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 green onions, finely chopped

Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or until tender; drain. Cool slightly.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl.

Heat oven to 375°F. Cut potatoes crosswise in half, then cut thin slice off rounded bottom of each. Place, bottom sides down, on parchment-covered baking sheet; top with artichoke mixture.

Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Make Ahead
Potato halves can be topped with artichoke mixture ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking as directed.

For best results, use potatoes that are 1-1/2 to 2 inches in diameter.

Potato Storage Temperature
Store potatoes in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. The ideal storage temperature is 50 degrees. At this temperature potatoes will keep for several weeks. Never refrigerate potatoes because cold changes the starch to sugar causing the potatoes to have a sweet taste and to darken when they are cooked. Potatoes stored at room temperature should be used within a week or so.
