Drink mix and frozen mixed fruit are all you need to make this sweet and refreshing raspberry granita.

Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/4 cups water
1 pkt. (makes 2 qt. drink) or 2 pkt. (makes 1 qt. drink each) CRYSTAL LIGHT Raspberry Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix*
1/2 tsp. lime zest
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed fruit (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Add water to drink mix in bowl; stir until mix is dissolved. Stir in zest.

Blend half each of the prepared drink and fruit in blender until smooth. Repeat with remaining drink and fruit.

Serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion
Cut 3 small oranges or large lemons in half. Use the tip of a vegetable peeler or small sharp knife to scoop pulp out of orange halves. Fill shells with granita mixture to serve.
