Marinated chicken breasts grilled to perfection are topped with classic Caesar fixings and a few surprise ingredients to make this easy salad.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
8 cups tightly packed torn salad greens
1/4 cup sliced red onion s
1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup dressing over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken. Refrigerate 10 min.
Remove chicken from dressing; discard dressing. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Slice chicken.
Cover 4 salad plates with greens; top with chicken, onions, bacon bits and cheese. Mix barbecue sauce with remaining dressing; drizzle over salads just before serving.
Make it Easy
Create your own salad mix blend by combining baby spinach, leaf lettuce, romaine and/or bagged spring mix.
Reduce dressing to 1/4 cup. Substitute 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast for the sliced cooked chicken. Assemble salads and drizzle with barbecue sauce mixture as directed.
