Simple is best—and this terrific chicken breast recipe is proof of that! Only four ingredients make the chicken breasts (simply) delicious.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
1 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 orange
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast s (1 lb.)

Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients except chicken in medium bowl.
Add chicken; turn to coat both sides of each breast.
Heat skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and dressing mixture; cook chicken 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).
Juicing Citrus Fruit
To extract the maximum amount of juice from citrus fruit, bring the fruit to room temperature. Before cutting, gently press and roll the fruit on the countertop. This action ruptures the fruit's membranes, allowing more juice to be released. Cut the fruit crosswise in half and juice with a manual or electric juicer or citrus reamer.
Packaged fresh chicken should be refrigerated in the coldest part of the refrigerator. Freeze uncooked chicken if it is not to be used within 2 days. If properly packaged, frozen chicken will maintain top quality in a home freezer for up to 6 months.
