What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
2 lb. red new potato es, quartered
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
3/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 cup CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Let's Make It
Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or until tender; drain. Cool.
Place potatoes in large bowl. Add celery, parsley and dill; mix lightly.
Mix remaining ingredients until blended. Add to potato mixture; toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Prepare using MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing.
