Original recipe yields 8 servings
3 green onions
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, divided
8 slider bun s
1/2 cup potato chips
8 pieces iceberg lettuce

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Chop dark green ends of onions; reserve for later use. Chop remaining onions; place in medium bowl. Add meat, soy sauce, onion powder and 1/4 cup sour cream; mix just until blended. Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, combine remaining sour cream and reserved onions.
Fill buns with lettuce, burgers, sour cream mixture and potato chips.
For more flavor, prepare using sour cream and onion potato chips.
