Original recipe yields 5 servings
8 oz. spaghetti, uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, whisk egg and Parmesan until blended. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 3 min. Add broth and cream cheese; cook and stir 3 min. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
Drain pasta. Add to skillet with cream cheese mixture; mix lightly. Add egg mixture and bacon; cook and stir 2 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with a mixed green salad and glass of fat-free milk to round out the meal.
Prepare using 1/3 cup cooked chopped pancetta in place of the 4 slices bacon.
Substitute dry white wine for the broth. Please use alcohol responsibly.
Substitute fresh basil for the parsley.
