These easy-to-make BBQ ribs get a 20-minute stovetop simmer before heading out to the grill to get falling-off-the-bone tender.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
4 lb. pork baby back ribs
1 orange, cut in to quarters and juiced
2 Tbsp. peppercorns
2 bay leaves
1 cup KRAFT Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce

Let's Make It
Cut ribs into 2-rib sections; place in Dutch oven or stockpot.
Add enough water to completely cover ribs. Stir in remaining ingredients except barbecue sauce; cover with lid. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. Drain.
Heat grill to medium heat. Grill ribs 10 min. or until done, turning occasionally and brushing generously with barbecue sauce.
Serve with your favorite steamed vegetable and a mixed green salad to balance out the meal.
Use Your Microwave
Cut ribs into sections as directed. Place in large microwaveable bowl. Add 1/2 cup water, orange sections and juice, peppercorns and bay leaves; cover. Microwave on HIGH 20 min., gently stirring after 10 min.; drain. Grill as directed.
