2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1-1/2 cups water

Heat oven to 350°F.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package for 13x9-inch cake, blending lemon zest and ginger into batter before pouring into prepared pan.
Beat remaining ingredients with mixer 2 min.; pour over batter in pan.
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
Garnish with powdered sugar just before serving.
