2 slices Texas toast white sandwich bread
2 tsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread, divided
3 oz. KRAFT Chipotle Cheese, cut into 12 (1/4-inch-thick) slices
12 short red bell pepper strips

Brush both sides of each bread slice with butter. Place in hot skillet on medium heat. Cook 1 min. on each side or until slightly golden. Remove from heat. Trim crusts with serrated knife; discard crusts. Cut each toast slice into 6 (1x1-1/2-inch) rectangles.
Top each piece evenly with 1/2 tsp. cream cheese spread and 1 chipotle cheese slice. Garnish with pepper strips secured with remaining cream cheese.
