These Baja-style fish tostados taste like restaurant fare—so it's kind of a surprise (and delight) to see that it's a quick dish with few ingredients.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
4 cod fillet s (1 lb.)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
8 tostada shell s
1/4 cup slivered red onion s
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing for later use. Cover grill grate with sheet of foil sprayed with cooking spray; top with fish.
Grill 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with remaining dressing for the last few minutes. Meanwhile, mix mayo and reserved dressing until blended.
Remove fish from grill; break into small pieces. Place on tostada shells; top with onions, cilantro and mayo mixture.
Top with jalapeño pepper slices before serving.
