Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/3 cup flour
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, chopped

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add unsweetened chocolate, egg yolk and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in white chocolate.
Press onto bottom of 8-inch ovenproof skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 7 to 9 min. or until center of cookie is firm to the touch. Cool completely.
