Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers.

Grill 2 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink, brushing occasionally with dressing.

Prepare as directed, threading about 3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, green or red pepper chunks, mushrooms, onion wedges and zucchini slices along with pineapple chunks alternately onto skewers with shrimp.
