2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Cheesecake Flavor Instant Pudding
3-1/4 cups cold milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Mix cream cheese and remaining sugar in medium bowl until blended. Stir in strawberries and 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
Beat pudding mixes, milk and vanilla with whisk 2 min.; pour over dessert. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
How to Easily Cut Dessert into Squares
Place dessert in freezer about 1 hour before cutting into squares to serve. (Do not freeze completely.)
