Perfect for parties and potlucks, this quick-to-make coleslaw is partly sweet, partly savory—and completely delicious!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
6 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot s
1 cup drained canned pineapple tidbits

Let's Make It
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
Combine cabbage, carrots and pineapple in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
Stir 1/2 tsp. celery seed into mayo mixture before adding to cabbage mixture.
How to Shred Lettuce or Cabbage
Cut head of cored iceberg lettuce or cabbage in half. Place each half, cut-side down, on cutting board. Cut across the halves into thin slices, then separate slices into shreds.
