Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 small turkey cutlet s (1 lb.)
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Hot & Spicy Seasoned Coating Mix
1 each green and red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup slivered onion s
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
1/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Coat turkey with coating mix as directed on package. Place in foil-lined 13x9-inch pan.
Add vegetables; drizzle with dressing.
Bake 30 min. Top each turkey cutlet with 1 Tbsp. salsa and 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 5 min. or until turkey is done (165°F) and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
A foil-lined pan makes cleanup a breeze since it prevents the food from sticking to the pan.
Serve this colorful dish with hot cooked rice.
