1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup slivered red onion s
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1/2 lb.)
1/2 cup halved grape tomato es
1 pkg. (9 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
1/2 cup thin cucumber slices
1 carrot, peeled, thinly sliced
1/2 cup coarsely broken pretzels

Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix lemon juice and sugar until blended. Add to onions; toss to evenly coat.
Reserve 1 Tbsp. dressing; brush onto steak. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Transfer to cutting board; let stand 5 min. before cutting across the grain into thin slices. Meanwhile, toss all remaining ingredients except pretzels with remaining dressing; place on 2 plates.
Top salads with meat, onions and pretzels.
Serve with a whole grain roll and cold glass of fat-free milk to round out the meal.
