What do you get when you cross ground chicken patties with traditional chicken Parmesan ingredients and serve them on buns? These! And they're awesome.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. ground chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
4 KRAFT Provolone Cheese Slice s
8 fresh basil leaves
4 hamburger bun s

Let's Make It
Mix chicken, garlic and Italian seasoning just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in pie plate. Add chicken patties, 1 at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides of each patty.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).
Top burgers with sauce and provolone; cover. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until provolone is melted. Top with basil. Serve in buns.
Prepare using KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices.
Serve with baked sweet potato fries.
