1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. refrigerated pizza dough, at room temperature

Heat grill to medium heat.
Heat oil in small nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 15 min. or until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
Heat oven to 400ºF. Pat and stretch dough into 14x6-inch rectangle on parchment-covered baking sheet; prick with fork. Top with onions and cheese.
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. About 5 min. before pizza is done, cook pineapple rings in skillet on medium heat 2 min. on each side or until heated through.
Top pizza with pineapple before serving.
