4 chicken drumstick s (1 lb.)
1/2 lb. baking potato es (about 1), thinly sliced
1 large Vidalia onion, cut into wedges
1 cup baby carrots, cut lengthwise in half
1/2 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Heat oven to 400°F.
Place chicken and vegetables in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over chicken and vegetables.
