1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup half-and-half
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces
24 raspberries (about 1/2 cup)

Whisk first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan until blended. Bring just to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat. Add chocolate; whisk until blended. Ladle into 8 (4-oz.) ramekins.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Top with raspberries just before serving.
