Whipped cream cheese spread puts the creamy in these crowd-pleasing mini pizzas with pineapple chunks.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 14 servings
2-1/2 cups small pineapple chunks
1 cup PHILADELPHIA Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
1 lb. refrigerated pizza dough (pre-made)
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 cup OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped in small strips
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Utensils: 1 medium mixing bowl, cooking sheet or stone pizza dish, rolling pin, wide-rim cup
Heat oven to 475°F.
Mix the pineapple chunks and PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese in a medium-sized bowl.
Follow the instructions of the pre-made pizza dough and roll it with the Rolling pin on a surface coated with flour until it is very thin.
Cut the dough in small circles using the wide-rim cup.
Put the cut dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Coat them with mustard and then add the cream cheese and pineapple mix.
Add the ham strips and lastly sprinkle the brown sugar.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
If you can’t find pre-made pizza dough you can also use pita bread.
