What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 bone-in chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.)
2 onions, cut into wedges
2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
1/2 lb. baking potatoes (about 1), thinly sliced
1/2 cup OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Heat oven to 400°F.
Place chicken, onions, peppers and potatoes in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in dish.
Bake 45 min. or until chicken is done (165°F) and vegetables are tender.
Substitute 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.) for the bone-in thighs. Prepare as directed, reducing baking time to 30 to 35 min.
Stir in 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves with the black pepper.
Serve the Meal With a Salad
