Our easy linguine pie is a cheese lover's dream. And a pasta lover's dream. (And a busy cook's new favorite recipe!)
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
30 slices French bread (1/2 inch thick)
1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
2/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups milk
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
3 cups cooked linguine
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 egg s, beaten
2 tomatoes, sliced

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Brush both sides of bread slices with vinaigrette dressing; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned. Cool slightly.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Line bottom and side of 10-inch pie plate with bread slices, with bread extending 1 inch over side.
Whisk MIRACLE WHIP, flour and garlic powder in large saucepan until blended; gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until sauce comes to boil and thickens. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan and 1 cup Swiss cheese. Add pasta and onions; mix lightly. Stir in eggs. Spoon into prepared crust. Top with tomato slices and remaining Swiss cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through; let stand 10 min. before serving.
Ham & Cheese Linguine Tart
Stir 1 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Ham into pasta mixture before spooning into crust.
Add 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves to cheese sauce along with the pasta and onions.
Substitute 10-inch springform pan for the pie plate.
