Meanwhile, combine fruit. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Spoon fruit into 6 (12-oz.) glasses. Add seltzer to prepared drink; stir. Pour over fruit in glasses.
Fill an empty ice cube tray with chopped mixed fruit and orange juice; freeze for 2 hours or until ice cubes are firm. Serve with sangria.
Substitute water for the non-alcoholic red wine.
