Instant coffee? It's not just for coffee anymore! We used it to make this luscious latte-esque layered dessert with white chocolate flavor pudding.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 24 servings
45 vanilla wafers, finely crushed
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
3-1/4 cups cold milk
2 pkg. (3.3 oz. each) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate

Let's Make It
Combine wafer crumbs, butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Mix cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. milk and remaining sugar in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
Dissolve coffee granules in remaining milk in large bowl. Add pudding mixes and vanilla; beat with whisk 2 min. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
Refrigerate 4 hours. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over dessert before serving.
How to Easily Cut the Dessert Into Squares
Place dessert in freezer about 1 hour before cutting into squares to serve.

How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
