Can just two tablespoons of bourbon be divided fairly among 16 guests? It can be when you make this elegant tiramisu with sliced pears and almonds.

Original recipe yields 16 servings
2 Tbsp. bourbon
1 can (15 oz.) sliced pears in extra light syrup, undrained
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) soft ladyfinger s, divided
2 tubs (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. milk
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted

Combine bourbon with 1 Tbsp. pear syrup in small bowl; discard remaining syrup. Cut pears into thin slices. Arrange 1 pkg. ladyfingers on bottom of 13x9-inch pan; brush half the bourbon mixture over ladyfingers in pan.

Whisk cream cheese spread and milk in large bowl until blended. Stir in COOL WHIP. Spread half the cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers in pan; top with half the pear slices. Cover with remaining ladyfingers; brush with remaining bourbon mixture. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Top with remaining pear slices; sprinkle with cranberries and nuts.

Refrigerate 4 hours.

Substitute
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Caramel White Chocolate Cream Cheese Spread or PHILADELPHIA Honey Pecan Cream Cheese Spread.

Substitute
Reserve additional 2 Tbsp. pear syrup; use instead of the bourbon. Or, substitute milk or brewed strong coffee for the bourbon.

Sprinkle dessert with 1 tsp. ground cinnamon just before serving.
