45 vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 1-3/4 cups)
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 banana s
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
3 cups cold milk
3 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
3 Tbsp. coarsely chopped PLANTERS Salted Peanuts

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Mix wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 6 to 8 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely. Meanwhile, make chocolate curls from 1/2 oz. chocolate. (See tip.) Refrigerate curls until ready to use.

Cut each banana lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into quarters. Microwave peanut butter and remaining chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Arrange banana pieces in single layer over crust; drizzle with melted chocolate mixture.

Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over bananas. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.

Refrigerate 3 hours. Top with nuts and chocolate curls just before serving.

Tip 1
How to Make Chocolate Curls
Warm chocolate slightly by heating it in the microwave for a few seconds until you can just smudge the chocolate with your thumb. Hold the chocolate steadily between your thumb and fingers of one hand and draw a vegetable peeler slowly over flat bottom of chocolate piece. Allow a thin layer of chocolate to curl as it is peeled off the bottom. This will make long delicate curls. To make short curls, use the same technique on the narrow sides of the chocolate piece. To arrange curls on a dessert, use a toothpick to lift them into place.
