It only takes a cup of chopped cooked chicken (leftover or otherwise) to make these tangy BBQ-saucy quesadillas.

4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 fully ripe avocado, mashed
1 large carrot, shredded
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Heat grill on medium heat.

Spread tortillas with barbecue sauce. Top half of each tortilla with avocados, carrots, chicken and cheese; fold in half to enclose filling.

Grill 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
