1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 cup sliced cooked Italian sausage links
1-1/2 cups finely chopped cooked red potato es
4 green onion, sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Four Cheese

Heat grill to medium heat.

Spread tortillas with barbecue sauce.

Top half of each tortilla with sausage, potatoes and cheese; fold in half to enclose filling.

Grill 2 to 3 min. on each side or until quesadillas are golden brown on both sides.

Grilling Potato Slices
Give potatoes a head start by partially cooking them in the microwave or in boiling water before grilling. Meanwhile, preheat greased grill to medium-high heat. (Or, spray grate of grill with cooking spray before preheating.) Cut the potatoes into slices, then grill 5 to 10 min. or until tender, turning occasionally with long-handled grill tongs.
