Original recipe yields 8 servings
6 cups cauliflower florets (1 inch)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Hot Habanero Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped green onions

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Toss cauliflower with dressing; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 25 min., stirring after 15 min.
Spoon cauliflower to center of baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.
Sprinkle with green onions.
You will need to start with about 2-1/2 lb. cauliflower to get the 6 cups florets needed to prepare this recipe.
