What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup chopped strawberries
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion s
1/4 cup chopped cucumber s
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Jalapeño Cheese
8 corn tortilla s (6 inch), warmed

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Cook chicken and broth in small skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until most the broth is cooked off, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Top with cheese; cover. Let stand 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and strawberry salsa.
Serve with a side of spicy black beans.
