Put an Asian-style spin on your all-American turkey salad. Toss it with a dressing made with honey, soy sauce and fresh grated gingerroot.

1/4 cup orange juice
3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
2 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 tsp. grated gingerroot
6 cups tightly packed torn mixed salad greens
1-1/2 cups pea pods, trimmed, blanched
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (5 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast, cut into thin strips
1 cup chow mein noodles

Cook first 7 ingredients in saucepan on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Cover platter with salad greens; top with peas, oranges, water chestnuts, turkey and noodles.

Drizzle with warm dressing mixture.
