Mix egg, ricotta, basil and Italian seasoning until blended.
Layer 1/3 of the sauce, 3 noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the vegetables and ½ cup mozzarella in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover.
Bake 1 hour. Uncover; bake 10 to 15 min. or until heated through. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
