Sure, watermelon is delicious all on its own. But as part of a symphony of flavors, it rocks in this fruit salad.
What You Need

Original recipe yields 10 servings
2-1/2 cups boiling white grape juice
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Watermelon Flavor Gelatin
1-1/2 cups cold seltzer
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup fresh watermelon chunks (3/4 inch)
1 cup seedless green grape s, halved

Add boiling juice to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. or until completely dissolved. Stir in seltzer and lemon juice. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.

Stir in fruit. Spoon into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.

Tip 1
Unmolding
Dip mold in warm water for about 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.

Substitute
Prepare using cantaloupe and/or honeydew melon.
