6 skinless salmon fillet s (4 oz. each)
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup slivered red onion s
1/4 cup HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill fish 5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Meanwhile, cook vegetables, vinegar and oil in skillet on medium-high heat 3 min., stirring occasionally. Add cheese; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Serve fish topped with tomato mixture.
To prevent the salmon from sticking to the grill grate, spray the grate with cooking spray before heating the grill.
Drizzle fresh lemon or lime juice over grilled fish just before serving.
