What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 small onion, thinly sliced
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
1/4 cup KRAFT Cheesy Jalapeño Ranch Dressing
1/4 tsp. adobo seasoning
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Spread onions onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chicken.
Combine tomatoes, dressing and seasoning; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
When draining the tomatoes, reserve the liquid; pour into airtight container. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw, then use to prepare your favorite soup or stew recipe.
When purchasing a chicken, look for one with a moist skin, tender flesh and fresh smell. Make sure that the chicken is very cold to the touch and that the package is not torn or leaking. Place chicken package inside a plastic bag before placing in the grocery cart to keep any juices from touching other food items.
