4 green onions, finely chopped, divided
1 lb. cooked cleaned medium shrimp, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
20 radicchio leaves (about 3 heads)

Reserve 1 Tbsp. onions. Combine remaining onions with shrimp, mayo and pepper sauce.
Spoon shrimp mixture onto radicchio leaves; sprinkle with reserved onions.
Radicchio features burgundy red, narrow pointed leaves and white ribs formed in tight, tapered bunches. It is available year round. Choose heads that have crisp, full-colored leaves with no sign of browning. Store radicchio in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to a week.
