Making shredded pork sandwiches extra flavorful is a cinch—when the pork gets its start with a long, slow simmer in the slow cooker.

1 boneless pork shoulder (3 lb.)
1/2 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
12 kaiser roll s, split

Place meat in slow cooker. Mix next 4 ingredients until blended; pour over meat. Cover with lid.

Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours). Remove meat from slow cooker; cut off and discard excess fat. Shred meat with 2 forks; return to slow cooker.

Microwave barbecue sauce in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 40 sec. or until heated through, stirring after 20 sec. Add to meat; stir until evenly coated. Serve in rolls.
