Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 can (14 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 cups quinoa, rinsed
3 cups small broccoli florets
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty CATALINA Dressing
1/4 cup orange juice
3 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted

Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in quinoa; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. Add broccoli; stir. Simmer, covered, 3 min. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. or until broth is completely absorbed.

Meanwhile, cook chicken in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

Add dressing, juice and syrup to skillet; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 3 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Place chicken and quinoa on platter. Drizzle dressing mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with nuts.
