Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/2 cups hot water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
4 tomatoes, chopped
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Heat oven to 400°F.

Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chicken.

Combine tomatoes, cheese, dressing and garlic; spoon over chicken.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Sprinkle with basil.
