If you can mix ingredients, press them into a pan and bake—you can make this easy Italian-style meatloaf. (We'll go into topping it with cheese later!)
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup finely chopped onion s
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper s
3 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
1 egg, beaten
1-1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients except cheese.
Press into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 50 min. or until done (160°F). Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
Stir in 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or basil with the seasonings.
Serve with a tossed green salad, steamed broccoli and roasted potatoes.
Prepare meatloaf as directed; cool, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).
