Steakhouse hamburgers at home are a snap to make; you just need to get the fixins right. Get out the A.1. sauce and salsa—and some napkins!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
2 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
1 lb. lean ground beef
4 KRAFT Singles
4 hamburger bun s, toasted
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. chopped red onion s

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix sauce and salsa until blended. Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
Cover bottom halves of buns with lettuce and burgers; top with salsa mixture, sour cream, onions and tops of buns.
Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Singles and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
Top with sliced avocados.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
